A quality folding knife tool won’t break the bank.
Compared directly to knives at the sporting goods store, this will sit comfortably with blades that run 3x the price!
3Cr13 steel isn’t the favorite for weekend warriors and knife gurus, but it is incredibly corrosion resistant (used in dive knives), takes a scary sharp edge, and sharpens easily. For a long time, this steel and its relatives (420J2 or AUS4) were known for being “blue collar” steels for the average working person who didn’t want to carry an expensive knife in their pocket. Pocket knifes suffer a lot of abuse, and it doesn’t make sense to destroy $300 when you just need to open a can or pry the lid off a paint jug. Pocket knives get abused, that’s just a reality of carrying such a versatile tool in your pocket.
You’ll have to sharpen it from time to time, but it’s one of the easiest steels to sharpen, and as stainless steels go, it’s one of the best for corrosion resistance.

I decided if I was going to sell knives, then I was going to get something I would carry in my own pocket. I wanted an entry level price, but a quality product. By taking a hit on the return (instead of price gouging like other makes), I’m able to bring this to the market for you. I wanted my first product to be a “WOW” from the moment the customer lays eyes on it. I wanted THIS knife. My manufacturer prides themselves on making quality products. Their giant kiln electronically regulates heating cycles for tempering, ensuring consistent and exactly quality standards. Most of all, like me, they care about their products and their customers, and insist on setting themselves apart from other Chinese manufactures.
Yes, it’s made in China, as is everything these days. It’s also made by very competent blade smiths who have nothing to stand on but the reputation of their knives, with show up in popular brands (though I cannot say which of course, haha). They know quality, and they know knives. I’m sure you will be pleased with this little EMS folder.
